Olga sold our unique high-end house. It required a lot of marketing efforts some of which were expensive, labor-intensive, and sophisticated. Olga has a solid directory of trusted contractors and professionals who helped us prepare the property to be listed. From decluttering/ cleaning to landscaping and handyman repairs, staging, storage, and moving - she had someone reliable for anything we needed. We ended up selling our house for more than I could imagine.
